Problem installing python on OPENVMS 8.4 FREEAXP was created by thein

I am installing python on OpenVMS 8.4 on FreeAXP and I get messages when i run python .
%SYSTEM-I-EMULATED an instruction not implemented on this processor was emulated.
I used jfppy0700a_278.zip as python package and jfplib0008A.zip as libraries. on
downloads.vmspython.org/anonymous/kits/axp/images_ld/

This is an informational message and thus should not have hindered execution. Note that it simply is informing you than an instruction was emulated.

But when I run python it just hangs. The
