Has anyone got FreeAXP working in a VMWare VM with the TAP Virtual NIC (V9) successfully bridged to the VMWare host NIC? (FreeAXP uses the TAP Virtual NIC Adapter exclusively).
I can make this combination work fine if the host is a hardware computer, but not if the host is a VMWare VM - i lose remote desktop connection as soon as I bridge the two together, even if the VMWare host NIC is set to promiscuous mode...
Any ideas, anybody?
