Use the 'wide' scsi HBA, not the narrow one.<hr>

The earliest version I have running so far is OpenBSD 4.5 from 2009.
Releases 4.9, 5.1, 7.0 and 7.1 also seem to work ok as well.

There is a 30s pause after polling(?) the two serial ports, and the first read access to the
scsi CD image throws a bunch of errors until the kernel selects the correct
mode(?) or access method .... after that it works fine.
